Parameters are used to record analysis results and their associated master data.Typical parameter master data includes: Name, Unit, Standard, Detection Limits, Number of Significant Digits and Decimal Places, information on outsourcing, etc.We are happy to import them from an Excel table into Labordatenbank.
For this, we require an Excel table in the following format:
| Parameter Group | Name | Abbreviation | Unit | Standard |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Physical Parameters | pH Value | pH | EN ISO 10523 | |
| Physical Parameters | Temperature | T | °C | DIN 38404-4 |
| Chemical Analysis | Calcium | Ca | mg/l | EN ISO 14911 |
| Chemical Analysis | Magnesium | Mg | mg/l | EN ISO 14911 |
| Microbiological Analysis | Colony-Forming Units | KBE | in 1 ml | EN ISO 6222 |
(You can copy this table as a template, make additions, and paste it into Excel.)
Please send the table to your Labordatenbank supervisor and we will take care of the import.
After the parameters have been imported, the formulas will be stored with them. We are happy to assist you with this.
Parameters are the foundation for all further work with Labordatenbank, so special emphasis should be placed on this point. In this table, Name, Abbreviation, and Parameter Group are mandatory fields.
