If you import CSV files via SFTP/FTP, configure the columns to be imported using the import mapping Create CSV measurement data import interface.
If you import image files, PDFs, or similar via SFTP/FTP, the sample number must be in the filename so that the files are automatically added to the relevant sample.
Then you can edit the interface using the Edit Interface button and configure the SFTP import in the Connections tab. Enter the server data and login credentials provided by your server operator.

On the SFTP server, you can upload the corresponding files to the respective directories using any SFTP client (e.g., Filezilla etc.).
Before the first import, you can check the interface using the Test SFTP/FTP Connection button to verify, for example, if the directory names are correctly specified.
After saving, the Import Files from SFTP Server button is available for manual import (even if automatic upload every 10 minutes is selected).
Additionally, you also have the option to revise the import mapping, where the assignment of CSV columns to parameters is defined. To do this, click on Edit Import Mapping.

A successful import shows the number of imported values and the option to display the result table.

If nothing was imported because there was no file on the SFTP server, or a server setting is incorrect, the import window remains empty.

Automatic Upload every 10 Minutes
The Labordatenbank imports up to 10 files every 10 minutes.
After the data has been recorded in the Labordatenbank, the recorded files on the FTP server are moved or deleted, depending on the import interface settings.
If there are more than 10 files on the FTP server, only 10 files will be imported. During the next import (after 10 min.), the next 10 files will be processed. If more than 10 files are regularly expected every 10 minutes, please contact your account manager to increase the contingent.
