Create order templates

Order templates help save time when you frequently receive similar orders for which the same core data fields are necessary.

To create a new order template, click on: Navigation bar Settings Order Templates.

Here, click Add new Order Template.

Add Order Template

  1. Name: Enter the name of the template.

  2. Status: Select the status of the template.

  3. Parent Template: If this template is based on another template, select the corresponding parent template here. If none is selected, this template will be taken as a new parent template.

  4. Project: Select the project to which this template will be assigned.

  5. Order Label: Enter a specific label for the order that will be based on this template.

  6. Order Request: Determine whether the activation of the order template should be done for DE or ENG customers in the customer zone.

  7. Add Attributes Add additional fields that should be included in the template.

After saving the order template, you can create orders with it (see instructions Create orders using templates).
