Validate document

The reviewer can immediately view the new version of a document or mark it as reviewed.

When a new version of a document is created, a notification with a link to the new version appears in the reviewer's account. Additionally, the reviewer can be informed via email about pending reviews.














Once the document is marked as validated, the releaser receives a notification about the document that needs to be released. More details can be found in the instructions: Dokument freigeben.



If needed, the validator can leave a comment on the document, which appears with the document and is also forwarded via email to the approver, containing a link to the respective document.
