Visualise and document your laboratory processes

The quality management module in LDB LIMS provides process management functions based on the turtle diagram. A turtle diagram is a visual tool that maps the individual steps of a process, showing its inputs, outputs, controls, resources and responsibilities. The module lets you define, document and monitor processes using this structure in accordance with accreditation requirements.

For each process, define the person responsible and their deputy, and link the required test equipment, training and qualifications as well as the associated SOPs and documents.

This gives you a clear view of your processes. During audits, you can demonstrate how you identify opportunities for improvement and take effective action to improve process quality.
