Process management in the Labordatenank LIMS

Visualize and document processes in your laboratory

The quality management module in the Labordatenbank LIMS offers functions for process management based on the Turtle diagram. The turtle diagram is a visual tool that depicts the individual steps of a process and shows the inputs, outputs, controls, resources and responsibilities. By using the module, processes can be defined, documented and monitored according to this structure in line with the accreditation requirements.

For each process, you define the person responsible and their deputy, link the necessary test equipment, training and qualifications as well as the associated SOPs and documents.

This gives you a clear overview of your processes. It allows you to demonstrate in audits how you identify opportunities for improvement and take effective action to increase process quality.
