As well as assigning access rights individually, you can assign permissions to employee groups or roles collectively. You can also link permissions to required qualifications, so that only employees with the appropriate valid qualification can use a particular permission. Each time access is requested, LDB checks whether the defined rules are still current, helping you demonstrate and maintain employee competencies.

Permissions that provide extensive visibility, such as access to the audit trail, or allow data changes, such as editing parameters, are marked in red in LDB access management. They require sign-in using single sign-on (SSO), a passkey or multi-factor authentication (MFA).
