Customer support specialist in project management

We are expanding our international team to provide even better support to laboratories across Europe, particularly in Poland. We are currently looking for a motivated customer support specialist in project management.

Requirements

Work experience in a laboratory
Native-level Polish
Fluent written and spoken German
Empathy and enjoyment of communicating with people
Permission to work in Germany or the EU

Responsibilities

Project management and implementation of LDB in laboratories.
Coordinate and conduct online meetings and on-site customer workshops in Germany and Poland.
Train and support users by email, Teams and phone.
Create support materials such as guides, videos and webinars.

An above-average salary package

The salary for customer support specialists in project management is
45k–55k per year
