Requirements

  • Experience of working in a laboratory setting
  • Native proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish or Finnish
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • Empathy and joy when communicating with people
  • Residence in Germany and/or German work permit

Tasks and areas of responsibility

  • Project management for the introduction of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • Coordination and handling of online meetings and on-site workshops at customer facilities
  • Ongoing user support via email and telephone
  • Creating support documents in the form of instructions, videos and online courses

We value quality work and offer Customer Success Managers salaries ranging from
45k to 55k per year
