LDB is commercial off-the-shelf software for general use, validated for use within its intended scope. We also support the validation of critical areas and provide a validation module, for example for formulas and calculations.
Our software is hosted in a secure cloud environment that meets stringent security standards. We use three redundant, geographically separate AWS data centres in Frankfurt with EU data residency. Your data are protected against tampering and retained in accordance with applicable requirements. Backups run every second. We undergo regular audits by TÜV Rheinland and are certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX.
A stable internet connection is required to use the system. We recommend a backup connection or mobile devices so that you can continue entering data if your main connection fails. The audit trail also shows the most recently saved entries.
