In the Labordatenbank, you automatically create standardized reports with added value and a uniform layout that meet accreditation requirements. An intuitive editor allows you to manage and maintain your report templates and report tables.
As soon as you store relevant values in the Labordatenbank, you can create test reports with a simple click. The analysis results are output in your individual layout with methods, measurement limits and decimal or significant digits. Each test report is saved and archived unalterably after digital signing and can be made available to clients by email, SMS or via the customer zone.
By integrating limit value tables that contain specific rules and target values, the system enables automated evaluation of the test results. These intelligent tables use the stored target values for evaluation and generate text suggestions based on them. This process not only significantly increases the efficiency and consistency of reporting, but also reduces the risk of human error.
The report table editor provides you with a powerful toolbox for automating and standardizing your laboratory reports. You can use it to design individual report tables for any type of analysis or test. Whether you want to map complex data structures, carry out specific formatting or integrate dynamic content - you have a wide range of different table types at your disposal.
The reports created can be conveniently saved as a PDF and sent by email. Secure alternatives are available for sensitive personal or medical data, such as provision in the customer zone, sending a link by SMS or email with an authentication query or direct secure transfer to portals.
Digital signatures: The Labordatenbank uses the extended PAdES (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures) procedure. This means that the electronic signature with the Labordatenbank fulfills the advanced requirements of the European Union in accordance with ETSI EN 319 142 of the European Telecommunications Standard Institute.
