Validation

Automated validation of the Labordatenbank with a validation report.

Create new validations with one click
Create new validation tests at the push of a button from a variety of templates to automatically test and validate the Labordatenbank configuration on an ongoing basis.
Automatic validation
All tests are run automatically once a week and before each Labordatenbank update with the existing and the new Labordatenbank version (see version directory).
PDF Validation report
Each validation run is summarized in a PDF validation report and saved permanently.

Create tests

Create any tests for formulas, reports, limit values, access rights, evaluations, etc. and define the expected result.

Start validation

Start the validation: individually, by category or for all defined tests together.

Download validation report

For documentation purposes, download your validation report with all the tests performed.

The validation module enables automated, documented and clear LIMS validation in various areas of your Labordatenbank:

Parameter formulas: Check the accuracy of your calculations, ensure that they are correct and meet the required standards.
Limit value tables: Check your limit value tables for reliability and accuracy. Make sure that your data is always within the accepted ranges.
Access rights: Ensure that your sensitive data is secure and can only be viewed and processed by authorized personnel.

Test reports: Validate your test reports for accuracy and completeness and ensure that they correctly reflect all relevant data.
Evaluations: Confirm the accuracy and reliability of your laboratory evaluations and ensure that they comply with ISO and GMP standards.
Interfaces (in preparation): Validate the correct functioning of your interfaces and the correct assignment of your imported data and measured values.
