The LDB user licence at €99 per user per month includes AI integration and 10 million AI tokens per user.
For example, with 25 LDB users, your company has an allowance of 250 million AI tokens per month.
The AI token allowance is shared by all users and is designed to cover typical use of AI integration by all users over the course of a month.
If some users do not use AI integration, more tokens are available to the remaining users. Tokens are also used for AI integrations that run in the background, such as AI imports.
The number of AI tokens used depends on the selected model, the size of the question including its context (input tokens) and the size of the returned answer (output tokens). Typical usage ranges from 100 to 1,000 AI tokens per question and 100 to 3,000 AI tokens per AI import.
If you exceed your AI token allowance, additional tokens are charged at €2 per million AI tokens, up to an overage limit that you choose.
