FAQ

An onboarding workshop is a free live training session for a specific module of the lab database, in which we draw on our experience from over 200 LIMS implementations to provide you with step-by-step guidance on how to implement it in your lab.
We welcome new customers who want to implement the lab database in a structured and successful manner, as well as existing customers who want to deepen their knowledge, learn about new features, or provide targeted training for their employees. In addition, we target laboratories in the orientation and decision-making phase that are currently researching suitable LIMS solutions and exploring opportunities for digitization.
An onboarding workshop typically lasts 45 minutes. Afterward, we'll take the time to answer your questions—until all of them have been addressed.
The onboarding workshops are ideal for Labordatenbank key users who manage the Labordatenbank system at your organization, as well as for employees who would like to gain a deeper understanding of the Labordatenbank LIMS. The workshops are also aimed at laboratories in the process of selecting a LIMS who would like to test in advance whether the laboratory database is the right LIMS for their laboratory.

No, the onboarding workshops are completely free.

For existing customers, we recommend logging into the test system (included free of charge for all users of the Enterprise Cloud laboratory database). Prospective customers should use the demo system.
