Frequently asked questions about LDB onboarding workshops

An onboarding workshop is a free live training session on a specific LDB module. Drawing on our experience of more than 200 LIMS implementations, we provide a step-by-step guide to implementing it in your laboratory.
We welcome new customers who want a structured, successful LDB implementation, as well as existing customers who want to deepen their knowledge, discover new features or train staff. The workshops also cater for laboratories exploring and selecting a LIMS that want to learn about suitable solutions and digitalisation opportunities.
An onboarding workshop typically lasts 45 minutes. Afterwards, we take the time to answer your questions – until they have all been answered.
The onboarding workshops are ideal for the key users responsible for LDB in your organisation and for employees who want a deeper understanding of LDB LIMS. They are also intended for laboratories selecting a LIMS that want to test whether LDB is the right fit before deciding.
