Add / Edit / Delete contact persons at customers

After a customer has been created, contact persons can be added to this customer by going to the detailed view of the customer and clicking on "Add Contact".

Add new contact:

After a customer has been created, contact persons can be added to this customer.

  1. Go to the detailed view of the customer in question.
    You can find the detailed view by going to the customer list (Menu bar: Customers Customer list) and click on the name of the desired client.

  2. Click on Add Contact and enter the contact person's data.

You can create as many contact persons as you like for each customer.

Edit contact:

You can edit an existing contact by clicking on the gray pencil icon on the right-hand side of the contact in the customer's detail view.

Delete contact:

You can delete an contact by clicking on the gray pencil icon on the right-hand side of the contact in the customer's detail view, then scrolling to the bottom of the following page and clicking on “delete.”
