With the Customer Zone, you enable your customers to access all information related to their commissioned analyses directly from your homepage.
Under Edit Customers, you can activate the Customer Zone for a customer by assigning a Login and a Password to them. With these Login and Password details, your customer can then log into the Customer Zone. The login is done via a login mask integrated into your website.

After logging in, your customer will reach the Customer Zone where they can view the status of their analysis orders and create new analysis orders (see Create Online Analysis Order). After a report has been released (see Sign reports), your customer can independently download reports in the Customer Zone.
