For example, the parameters PFT, PCB and PCDD_F are analyzed externally.
Create a search filter for the relevant parameters. Then you can Save sample search as filter, e.g., as External Chemical Analysis.

Display Show results table and create a column filter for the relevant parameter columns. Save Column filter for results table as e.g., Chem. Analysis.

Connect Search filter for sample list with Column filter for results table. To do this, in the sample list view or results table view, go to My Filters and Manage Filters.

Adjust the settings of Search filter for sample list.
1.) Check the checkbox for Who sees this filter?
2.) Check the checkbox Display found samples directly in results table.
3.) Select the desired column filter (Chem. Analysis).
4.) Save the settings.

If required, you can also set up automatic email notifications as soon as new samples are available for external processing (see instructions: Automatic Sample Notifications).
The search filter External Chemical Analysis now appears directly above the sample list. By clicking on the filter for external processing, the results table for all samples where relevant parameters for external processing are still missing will be displayed.
In the results table view, click on the Excel Export button.

You can now directly transmit the Excel file with the exported data along with the samples to the responsible external laboratory. Now the external processing is fully set up and accessible anytime with two clicks.
