Where can I find my created order templates?

Order templates in the navigation bar

Click on: Navigation bar Orders

Order templates in order management

Click on: Navigation bar Orders Orders Add order

Order templates in asset management

Click on: Navigation bar Orders Assets desired asset Add order

Create an order

Click on the desired order template to create a new order. Provide a description for the order and select a customer. Optionally, you can also add tags to help find the order quickly during search. You can also add costum attributes e.g. to see which template is selected and view their fields.

Create Samples and Inspections (On-site inspection)

When you click on the tab Samples, you can directly add samples based on your sample template.

Inspections/On-site inspections are used when services are required that do not involve samples, for example, checking if all faucets are clean and leak-free.
