You can create reports for individual samples or multiple samples in various ways:
Individual Samples via Sample Detail View
To create reports based on a single sample, you can navigate to the sample detail view and click on Reports to access existing reports. Then click on or ** Add Report ** to generate a new report.
Individual/Multiple Samples via Order Detail View
To create reports based on an order, you can navigate to the order detail view and click on Reports to access existing reports. Then click on or ** Add Report ** to generate a new report.
When creating a report, you have the option to include or exclude the samples associated with this order in the report.
Multiple Orders or Samples via Sample List
Additionally, you can also create test reports directly in the sample list. To do this, you can select the relevant samples, complete orders, or all listed samples directly and choose the Dropdown option at the bottom of the sample list, then click the view button.
Once you've clicked the create report button, the report creation form appears. The header section is pre-filled with fixed data such as the order name, report date, and template. You can use any previously created template, for example, a German or English version or a laboratory test report. Additionally, you can add configurable Database-fields, such as naming the PDF file, text snippets, etc. (see section: configurable master data fields in the LABORDATENBANK).
In the lower section, you can select which samples should be included in the test report. You also have the option to choose which images or files associated with the order or samples should be displayed in the appendix of the test report. You can add any comments to the images or files. Of course, you have the option to write a note or free assessment on your test report. Optionally, you can suggest evaluations stored in the specifications.
You can find all reports under: Navigation Bar Samples Reports
You can also access an overview and management of the reports associated with this order via an order.
The report overview is presented in the following image. This overview provides a more detailed overview of the reports and their contents, links. However, new reports cannot be created from the report overview.
However, you can click on reports and via the Selected Reports... button, for example, send the reports via email.
Configurable Database-fields for reports can be found under: Navigation Bar Settings Edit Database-fields Reports Database-fields
Optionally, we can provide configured Database-fields. For example, you can preselect the person who should sign the report to request a signature or enter the file name of the report in advance.
PDF format: Reports are saved in PDF/A-3b format. PDF/A documents are designed to be opened and read for decades without losing content or formatting.
