Manage signatures

Signatures are used in the laboratory database to save reports unalterably as PDF documents. Documents in the document control can also be signed with the signature in order to check or release them.

To access the management and creation of signatures, click on: Navigation bar Settings Manage Signatures



Under the menu heading, you will find the button to create a new signature.












Each signature in the lab database has a designation and is directly assigned to a user in the lab database. The signature itself consists of an image, which is not much larger than the signature. The captions are printed below the signature image and typically include the person's name in plain text and, if applicable, their position.
