Archive employees

When an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access to the LIMS, it is possible to deactivate their account. The relevant data are then archived, not deleted, so that they are no longer visible. This allows the integrity of the data to be maintained.

To archive employees, go to: Navigation bar → Settings → Employees.

  • Then click on the orange Edit button for the relevant employee. You can find this button in the right-hand section of the Manage Employees page.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Employee page.
  • Select the Archived checkbox.

Archived employees can no longer log in to the Labordatenbank.
