Inserting Images and File Attachments into a Report

In the Labordatenbank, files stored can be inserted as attachments in the report.

To insert one or more files as attachments in the report, the files are deposited (uploaded) with the corresponding order or the corresponding samples.

Important:
Images will be adopted into the test report according to the layout of your template. The following image formats are supported: .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF.
PDF files will be inserted without formatting.

Add files to the order
Select the relevant order and click on Files .
Now drag the relevant file into the blue field or click on the blue field to select a file from your computer (see Add Files (to Samples, Customers, Orders)).

Add files to a sample
Select the relevant sample and click on Files .
A blue field will appear where you can drag the file or click on the blue field to select a file from your computer (see Add Files (to Samples, Customers, Orders)).

Info:
In the report, images can also be added by creating a report table with the table type Parameter Tables or Parameter Images (see Report tables overview).

After uploading the files, you can then select and attach them to the test report when creating the report (see Create report).

Optional Image Resizing:
If the image size is larger than 200 KB, there is an option via checkbox to reduce the images.
If the checkbox is marked, the image width will be reduced to 1200px using imagecopyresampled and a compression with factor 8 / 80 will be applied using imagejpeg / imagepng.
