Hours per week

The Hours per week page shows you all time entries of the selected calendar week in a tabular display.

Overview

The Hours per week view shows all the time entries of the logged-in employee for a selected calendar week in a tabular display. It allows you to:

  • get a quick overview of hours worked
  • directly compare actual hours and working hours per day and for the entire week
  • group the display by customers or orders

Navigation

Navigating between calendar weeks
Use the buttons ← CW XY, Today and CW XY →, on the left above the table, to navigate between calendar weeks.

Tabs
The tab navigation at the top of the page provides the following views:

  • Actual – entries from the last 90 days
  • Select employees – dropdown to select another employee (only for users with the Show all hours permission)
  • Annual Overview – graphical and tabular evaluation over a longer period
  • Hours / Day – hours overview per working day

Note: The Vacation days tab is only displayed if a vacation category is configured.


Description of the tabular overview

  • The table lists the customers (or orders) to which hours have been assigned in the rows.
  • The columns correspond to the seven days of the week (Monday to Sunday).
  • The current day is highlighted in color.
  • Customer names highlighted in blue are clickable links to the respective customer view.
  • Entries without customer assignment are shown in a separate row at the bottom of the table.
  • The weekly summary showing Actual hours, Working hours and Total difference is displayed to the upper right of the table.

Three summary rows are displayed at the bottom of the table:

  • Actual hours – actually recorded hours per day
  • Working hours – stored working time target per day; weekends and public holidays are shown with -
  • Difference – difference between actual hours and working hours per day

Change grouping

Use the Weekly Overview: Customers | Orders link below the table to switch the display between grouping by customers and grouping by orders. The currently active mode is displayed in bold.
