Activating the Customer Zone

The Customer Zone provides your clients with a secure area where they can access important information and services. Activation is done individually for each contact associated with a customer. Follow these steps to easily set up the Customer Zone:

1. Create a Contact

Before the Customer Zone can be activated, a contact must be created for the customer. For more information, refer to LINK_TO_PAGE=2.
You can activate the Customer Zone during the contact creation process by assigning a username and password.

2. Activate the Customer Zone Later

If the contact has already been created, you can activate the Customer Zone afterward:

  1. Edit the relevant contact.
  2. Assign a username and password on the right-hand side under Account for Customer Zone. Ensure the credentials are secure and communicate them to the customer safely.

3. Provide Login Details

Share the login credentials and the URL for accessing the Customer Zone with the customer.

The Customer Zone is now set up, and the customer can access the content made available to them.
