To create a search filter, go to the same list and enter the desired search criteria in the advanced search window.Click on the button "Save this search as a filter" in the lower left-hand corner of the window and name your filter appropriately.

After you have saved a new search filter, this filter will appear above the sample list under "My filters". You can use "Manage filters" to specify which employees can see each filter. (See manual: Create filters specific to employee groups)
