Categories of PDF Templates

The management is divided into various categories:

+ Create PDF Template: Button to create a new PDF template for any document type.

Report: Templates for test reports and analysis results - the most frequently used document type in the laboratory. The active selection is highlighted in blue.

Invoice: Templates for invoice documents with all necessary tax and business elements.

Offer: Templates for cost estimates and offer documents for potential customers.

Worksheet: Templates for internal work documents and work instructions.

Document: General document templates for various administrative purposes.

Label: Templates for sample labels and inscriptions.

Specification: Templates for technical specifications and requirement documents.

Recipe: Templates for recipes and formulation regulations.

Order Confirmation: Templates for order confirmations and order documents.

Training: Templates for training documents and certificates.

Evaluation: Templates for statistical evaluations and data analyses.

8D Report: Templates for 8D reports in quality management.

Change Request: Templates for change requests and documentation of modifications.

Deactivated: Area for templates that are no longer active.

Functions and Controls

Action Buttons

Edit (yellow): Allows modification of the PDF template, including layout, design elements, and content structure.

Copy (grey): Creates a copy of the existing template as a basis for new, similar templates.

Sorting Function

Movement Arrows: The vertical double arrows enable re-sorting of templates using drag-and-drop functionality.

Number of Design Elements

Each template displays the number of contained design elements, which allows conclusions to be drawn about the complexity and scope of the template.
