With Labordatenbank you can filter samples from the sample list specifically by temporal and analytical criteria. If you save your search criteria as a filter, you will have access to the desired samples at any time with a single click.
For example, the parameter GKZ_Milk is evaluated 3 days after the sample's reception or after 3 days of incubation, and the corresponding data is entered into the CFU after 3 days / 30°C column.
A corresponding search filter is created as follows:
Click on Reception and Select Period (relative).
Define the period your search should relate to, based on the sample's Reception, e.g., Older than 3 days and younger than 365 days.
Define, for example, for the Parameter GKZ_Milk the column CFU after 3 days / 30°C = empty (no entry) as an additional criterion. This way, you will only get samples for which no values have been entered yet.
Save this search as a filter, after naming it, e.g., GKZ after 3 days / 30°C.
Make the search filter visible to all employees. See instructions: Save sample search as filter. The filter now appears above the sample list and can be applied immediately by clicking on it.
Click on Select All and Show Result Table to display the filtered samples in the result table.
Create and save the column selection that displays only the relevant columns, e.g., CFU after 3 days / 30°C. See instructions: Column filter for results table.
Connect the Search Filter for Sample List with the Column Filter for Result Table, see instructions: Automatic creation of analysis orders for external contracting. This way, your Search Filter for Sample List will have a direct redirection to the columns where the corresponding values need to be entered at a specific time.
If needed, you can also set up an automatic email reminder to be received as soon as samples that meet the criteria are ready for evaluation (see instructions: Automatic Sample Notifications).
