With this function, you can manage and adjust permissions for employees or employee groups.

Navigate to Navigation Bar -> Gears -> Access Rights

Fill in fields

Unlocked Employees/Groups

• Select the employees or employee groups who should receive access
• Already selected persons (like "Patrick Öhlinger" and "Konrad Wagner") are displayed as tags
• Remove persons by clicking the "X" next to the name

Required Qualification

• Optionally define special qualifications that are required for this access right. Employees who do not have the selected qualifications, or whose qualification has expired, will not have access.

Hide Access Right

• Activate this checkbox to hide the access right from other users

Save

Click on "Save" to apply the changes or "Cancel" to return without saving.

The system displays the time of the last modification at the bottom and provides a link to "View History".
