Reactivate archived employees

When employees return to your company after a maternity leave, sabbatical or other work break, their employee accounts need to be reactivated. Instead of creating new accounts, you can simply and quickly retrieve the archived employee accounts from the archive. This means that all previous settings, authorizations and data are retained and your returning employees can continue to work seamlessly with all the usual functions. To reactivate archived employees, go to: Navigation bar → Settings → Employees.

Step 1: Find access to archived employees

  • Scroll to the bottom of the employee list.
  • Look for the link "Show archived employees" in the left section of the page.

Step 2: Open archived employee list

  • Click on the link "Show archived employees".

Step 3: Select employee for editing

  • Search for the desired employee in the list.
