Reactivate archived employees

When employees return to your company after a maternity leave, sabbatical or other work break, their employee accounts need to be reactivated. Instead of creating new accounts, you can simply and quickly retrieve the archived employee accounts from the archive. To reactivate archived employees, go to: Navigation bar → Settings → Employees.

Step 1: Find access to archived employees

  • Scroll to the bottom of the employee list.
  • Look for the link "Show archived employees" in the left section of the page.
