TrainingSchedule: Document Training Sessions, Demonstrate Competencies

Accredited and certified laboratories place the highest demands on the training programs they conduct. On one hand, strict documentation requirements must be met: It must be traceable which employee participated in which training and when. On the other hand, high-quality and often hard-to-obtain training programs are conducted, and their planning, execution, and follow-up must be carefully monitored to ensure the continuous professional development of staff and compliance with regulatory standards.

Training Management is part of the QM module of the Labordatenbank or part of the QM Database.

The training schedule in the Labordatenbank provides an overview of current, planned, and completed training sessions for employees.

You can access the training schedule via the navigation bar -> QM -> Training.

  • Central Training Management: Record, plan, document, and manage training sessions all in one place.
  • Categorization: Structure training sessions by topics or responsibilities.
  • Tagging System: Tag training sessions with keywords to enable cross-dataset evaluations.
  • Participant Documentation: Keep track of participants, organizers, and the content of each training session.
  • Scheduling: Clearly plan and manage upcoming training sessions.
  • Proof of Participation: Record certificates of participation and training documentation.
  • Excel Export: Export functions for reports and certificates, e.g., for DAkkS audits or internal QM evaluations.
  • Topic History: Seamless overview of completed training by employee or topic.
  • Links: Create connections to relevant QM documents or inspection procedures.

With these functions, the training management ensures transparent, structured, and auditable qualification records – an essential part of maintaining quality assurance in everyday lab work.
