With e-mail templates, you can save and reuse custom standard texts and recipients for emails.
Create E-mail Template
E-mail templates are associated with customers and are suggested for selection when sending reports and invoices. To create a new e-mail template, navigate to the customer detail view and click on
Create E-mail Template in the bottom right corner.
After clicking the button, you will be directed to an overview containing the most important information:
- Each e-mail template is identified by a name, which you can use to select the template when sending a report or an invoice.
- Using a dropdown menu, you can specify whether the template is for reports or invoices.
- Here, you can now enter the recipients (by clicking on the e-mail addresses of the employees marked in blue) and add your standardized text.
Multiple Templates
Multiple e-mail templates can be stored for each customer. If you have multiple templates stored, you can choose from the templates stored for this customer when sending.
Alternatively, you can also save your e-mail as a new e-mail template the next time you send a report or invoice by checking the checkbox.
