Automatically display due parameters

With the Labordatenbank, you are automatically reminded of which parameter is due when. This way, you can automatically display all parameters that are entered for a specific workstation with a predetermined due date. How to display all parameters due by date according to workstation:

Below you will see a commonly used configuration using the example of dry substance (DS): The DS is weighed on the scale 24 hours after the sample is created. With the daily list, you keep track of when which value is due and are reminded if a value has not yet been entered.

You can set this up in your Labordatenbank as follows:

  1. Store the workstation where the parameter is measured as a category for the parameter.

  1. Enter the due date on which this parameter is measured: For example, 1, 7, 14, or 28 days after the sample is created.
Select, for example, 1 for 1 day - this way, the parameter only appears at its due date 1 day after creation.
Note: If you leave the field empty, the parameter is due immediately and appears immediately in the daily list.

  2. Call up the daily list via Samples -> Daily List.

Tip 1: Set this page as the homepage on the respective computer or tablet at the workstation. This way, you will always see which values can be entered next.

Tip 2: With the date field, you can see at a glance which samples are due in the coming days - so you can plan ahead for holidays, long weekends, or weekends.
