To implement a report template in Labordatenbank, we require an example report and the corresponding raw data. The raw data must be recorded in Labordatenbank (customer created, sample created, analysis results entered).
When it comes to the content of a report or a report template, a distinction is made between static and dynamic content. In the example report, dynamically inserted data is color-coded (possibly with notes indicating which master data fields the data originates from).
Dynamically inserted data such as customer address, sample master data, units, and analysis results change with the respective sample and are located in the middle section of the report template. The labeling of analysis results with regard to accreditations, external assignments, and remarks is done, for example, with an asterisk and is located in the dynamic part. Static content is found in the header and footer of the report template. Logos, remarks, and accreditation information etc. appear as static content in the header and footer of the report template.

Regarding formatting, we require information on:
Furthermore, a distinction between report variants is useful. Is it a general report applicable to most customers / analyses, or a special report? For this, we need information on the differences between the report variants.
Once a report template is completed, you can use the template to create reports. (see instructions: Create report)
