1. Your customers send the sample to your laboratory together with the analysis order number. The analysis order number can be found on the confirmation of the analysis order (see instructions: Create Online Analysis Order).

2. When accepting the sample, you can select the analysis order number in the laboratory database and thus activate the master data and selected analyses and automatically create the samples. You do not need to enter any further data.

Your customer can view the status of his samples (sample received in the laboratory, analysis performed, report ready) at any time via the customer zone.
The information about a pending online analysis request remains visible to the customer in the customer zone for at least two hours, even if the request has already been activated.

The customer zone is an optional additional module of the laboratory database.
