1. Registration in the online customer zone is done via login and password.

If your customer does not yet have an account, they can create a new account. Depending on your discretion, you can only offer selected customers the option to receive an account.

2. In the online form for the analysis order, the sample details can be entered. The desired analysis packages are selected, master data is entered, images may be uploaded, and further sample details are stored.
   The analysis package corresponds to the sample template you have created in the LDB. (see instructions: Manage templates for samples)

3. After checking the analysis order, your customers can conclusively submit the analysis order. As soon as the analysis order has reached you, your customers will receive a confirmation by email.

4. The confirmation of the analysis order summarizes all sample details. Your customers send the sample together with the analysis order, which contains the analysis order number, to your laboratory (see instructions: Sampling with online analysis order).

You can select and view your customers' analysis orders in the LDB under Orders and Online Analysis Orders.

The customer zone is an optional additional module of the LDB.
