1. Copying Facilities

Go to the facility you want to copy and in the detailed view of the facility, click on Edit Facility. Then click on Copy Facility in the bottom left.

On the Copy Facility page, you can change the name of the facility and select a new customer by clicking on the search icon (magnifying glass) (if the copied facility remains with the same customer, leave the pre-selected customer unchanged).

Using checkboxes, you can select which facility parts, order templates, and tests should be copied along.

2. Copying Order Templates

Go to the order template you want to copy and click on the pencil (edit icon) to edit the order template. Then click on copy in the bottom left.

For the copied order template, first select the customer by clicking on the search icon (magnifying glass) and then select a facility into which the order template should be copied (an order template can only be copied into an existing facility).

Using checkboxes, you can select which tests from the order template should be copied along (tests themselves cannot be copied).

3. Copying Facility Parts

Go to the facility part you want to copy and click on the pencil (edit icon) to edit the facility part. Then click on copy in the bottom left.

For the copied order template, first select the customer by clicking on the search icon (magnifying glass) and then select a facility into which the order template should be copied (an order template can only be copied into an existing facility).

Note: Linked files and on-site inspections are not copied.
