The LDB supports the following web browsers:

Desktop browsers

The LDB continuously supports the current and previous version of each of the following web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

We actively integrate the new possibilities enabled by modern browsers into our software and support only browsers which offer superior security and performance.

Tablet- und Smartphone-Browser

You can use the LDB on your Desktop, Notebook, Tablet or Smartphone.

Many functions of the LDB are optimized especially for use with a smartphone. Prominent examples where the LDB automatically adapts to screen size include: customer management, offers, orders, bills, tasks, and notes.

An optimal viewing experience on your mobile device requires a modern web browser. Please be sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android. When using a smaller screen, menus are arranged vertically and some columns may be hidden to ensure that table content remains visible.

Both cookies and JavaScript must be activated for the LDB to run smoothly using the web browsers mentioned aboved.

Internet Explorer users
Microsoft Edge is the official successor to Internet Explorer, therefore we no longer actively support Internet Explorer. When you still require Internet Explorer, we suggest that you consider using one of the modern browsers listed above in parallel.
