A full data backup of the laboratory database is continuously performed on Amazon S3
To ensure absolute security for our customers, the laboratory database is backed up incrementally every second. In addition, a full backup is created every day.

All daily backups are kept for one week. After one week, one full backup per week is kept until revoked, for at least the next 10 years.

In addition to the regular, automatic backup, you can also manually create and download a new (additional) backup at any time:

1. If you want to create a new backup, go to Settings in the navigation bar and click Manage backup
2. click new backup on AWS S3
3. if you want to download the created backup, click in the backup list on the blue written name of the relevant backup.
4. The backup will be downloaded and saved on your computer.

Requirement to create and download a backup is to have the appropriate access rights.
