The use of input forms is only possible with the Enterprise Cloud. The setup is part of the special services.

On-site sampling is carried out through an input form that is individually customized to meet your requirements. An LDB customer representative sets up this form to ensure all relevant samples and parameters are taken into account, such as samples with specific statuses and parameters within a specific parameter group (e.g., the "On-Site Parameters" parameter group). This input form can be used for both online and offline sampling.

For Online Sampling, the user fills out the form directly in the LDB. All entered data is transmitted immediately.

For Offline Sampling, a downloadable form is provided. The form can be completed on-site, and the entered data is saved as a JSON file when saved. Once an internet connection is available again, the saved data can be transmitted, for example, via email or directly into the LDB interface.

Through an evaluation, you can view, for example, all open sampling orders, with direct forwarding or download options for the input form.

This input form enables flexible and efficient execution of on-site sampling and data transfer, both online and offline.
