Create sample table

This guide describes how to create a sample table for a clear display of sample master data and up to five parameters in the LDB.

The sample table is ideal for displaying sample master data and/or a few parameters (< 5) as a table. The samples and their associated data are displayed row by row.

The following describes how you can create the sample table shown here.

  1. Create the report table and select Sample Table as the Table Type. (See instructions: LINK_TO_PAGE=105.)
  2. Enter the text for the Header of the Sample Table.
Highlight the heading by enclosing the text with two underscores for underlined and two asterisks for bold.

  1. Create the Table Content. (See instructions: Quality assurance for recipes: testing, evaluating, documenting.)
Columns 1 - 3 represent sample master data, columns 4 - 6 represent parameter entries.

3.1. Example: Display of sample master data, 1st column Sample Number:
Select Data as Sample Master Data and Sample No.

3.2. Example: Display of parameter entries, 6th column Loss on Ignition:
Select the Data Parameter, the relevant parameter Loss on Ignition and the column where your desired entry is located, Column 3.

  1. Enter the text for the Footer.
