We are happy to import a list of your employees from an Excel table into the LDB.

In order to do this we require an Excel table with the following format:

Send the Excel table to your LDB adviser and we'll take care of the import.

Tip: You can add employees directly to the LDB to save time. Go to Settings -> Employees. There you can define to the employee groups and allocate access rights without delay.

The entries in the columns E-mail address and Abbreviation must be unique to each employee and can't be used twice. We recommend selecting abbreviations with a length between 2 and 4 letters.
No empty cells are allowed in this table.
