In the first workshop we will present the implementation strategy, configure the master data to match your data structure, and discuss the data import.

Data import
We are happy to import your data from an Excel table into the QM-database. Descriptions and templates for the import can be found under the following links:

The goal of the test operation is to familiarize employees with the QM-database software interface and workflow.

Productive operation / Project completion
After all necessary modifications have been implemented and the relevant data have been imported the project completion phase will be initiated to switch to productive operation.

Support
After project completion the frequency of teleconferences will diminish as a stable workflow is established.
Modifications to your QM-database are still possible after project completion as part of your ongoing support.
Typically quick phone conversations and e-mails are sufficient to understand and implement suggested improvements.
