Process management can be found under Settings QM Processes.

You can create processes for each category and change the order. Below are the key settings explained:

• Name: This heading appears in the process management overview and represents the process.
• Process owner: There must be at least one person responsible for this process.
• Category: Process management according to DIN EN 17025 includes at least the three categories: Leadership processes, Core processes, and Support processes. Of course, you are free to design the categories according to your preferences.
• Belongs to: Options include Document Control and Equipment Management.
• What?: What is the process? There is space here for a description of the process.
• What for?: What is this process used for? Space for a detailed description.
• Risks: What risks does the process pose to the company?
• Chances: What opportunities does the process offer for the company?
• Who?: The following information can be recorded:
  • Employee group: If this process affects an entire group of employees, you can select the group here.
  • Employee: If only individual employees are affected by this process, multiple individual employees can be selected.
  • Employee qualification: If the process is tied to one or more specific qualifications, select them here.
  • Training: If specific training is required to work on or with this process, select it here.
• With what?: There are two options here:
  • Equipment: What testing equipment is needed for this process, or is affected by this process?
  • Material: What materials are needed for this process, or are affected by this process?
• How?: Is there a work instruction or a standard where the process is described in detail?
