Job vacancy: customer support specialist
The LDB Labordatenbank GmbH has specialised in developing, providing and supporting Labordatenbank since 2009. Labordatenbank lets you collect and organise all your laboratory data, making it accessible and usable anytime, anywhere.
Labordatenbank is currently used by more than 4,000 users in over 180 laboratories. We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible:
Scientist / laboratory technician / pharmacist / chemical technical assistant / pharmaceutical technical assistant
for a customer support and project management role requiring IT and laboratory experience

Responsibilities
- Manage projects to implement Labordatenbank in a laboratory.
- Coordinate and conduct online meetings and on-site customer workshops at home and abroad.
- Train Labordatenbank users.
- Provide ongoing user support by email and phone.
- Create support materials such as guides, videos and online courses.
What we look for
- Practical experience in a laboratory.
- Native English speaker with a good command of German
- Empathy to understand laboratory tasks and explain answers and solutions simply and clearly.
- Clear, precise communication in correct German and English.
- Practical experience managing large volumes of data in MS Excel, MySQL or CSV tables.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for 3–6 customer workshops per month.
