Questions from laboratories about the LIMS demo:

A typical demo takes approximately 90 minutes: We allow 60 minutes for the guided tour of the system and 30 minutes for questions and answers. If several colleagues or departments from your laboratory are taking part, we allow more time and are happy to arrange a follow-up session to explore topics in greater depth.
We want to make the demo as practical and realistic as possible. Please provide at least one test report, one laboratory worksheet and export files from the instruments you would like to connect. We will, of course, sign a confidentiality agreement with you beforehand. Alternatively, please send anonymised or redacted example data.
No, using the demo system is completely free. It is provided without obligation so you can get to know the system. We want you and your team to be able to test everything you need for your decision beforehand.
Yes, of course. We set up a cloud-based demo system that you can use through your web browser. It runs on AWS and is accessible through a dedicated URL.
Several people can access it. Initially, we set up login credentials for three people. Once a person is set up, they can add further staff independently.
Yes, that is exactly what we encourage. You receive login credentials and can explore the system yourself before our follow-up meeting. This gives you a feel for how intuitive it is and whether it suits the way you work.
